Refund policy

At AUTO-HUB, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide high-quality automotive products and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy is designed to make the process simple and transparent.

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Products that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing parts may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

To start a return, please contact our support team at arjun.desaia@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will review your request and provide detailed instructions on how to return the item.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, AUTO-HUB will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
